GENERAL BUSINESS
David Dittman called the meeting to order at 6 : 31 PM . Mr. Dittman read the legal notice
printed in the Ithaca Journal regarding the Public Hearing for a Variance request for 444
Groton-Townline Road, Tax Map # 19 . - 1 - 13 . L The Public Hearing was opened at 6 : 35
PM . Upon questioning Mrs . Hill by Board Member David Dittman, it was determined
that The Hills do not own the property . According to Mrs . Hill the Landowner Bradley
Keeney gave them verbal approval to erect the building on the existing slab . After a
lengthy discussion by the Board Members that were present, it was agreed that the
Landowner must submit the original written request .
Daniel Konowalow made a motion to "Table" this request until Wednesday , November
12 , 2003 at 6 : 30 PM . David Dittman seconded. VOTE : ALL IN FAVOR. MOTION
CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY .
The Code Enforcement Clerk, Rachel Jacobsen gave Mrs . Hill a new application to
forward to Mr. Keeney for completion .
Daniel Konowalow made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6 : 47 PM . David Dittman
seconded . VOTE : ALL IN FAVOR. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY .
