Conservation Advisory Council
NOTICE OF MEETING
The meeting of the Town of Lansing Conservation Advisory Council will be
held at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 1, 2020

• Because of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Emergency and State and Federal bans
on large meetings or gatherings and pursuant to Governor Cuomo's Executive Order
220.1 issued on March 12, 2020 suspending the Open Meetings Law, this regular
meeting of the Town of Lansing Conservation Advisory Council will be held
electronically via conference call instead of a public meeting open for the public to
attend in person.
• Minutes of the Conservation Advisory Council Meeting will transcribed and posted on
the Town's website at https://www.lansingtown.com/town-docs.

4. Power Plant/ Bell Station Land Discussion
We will bejoined by Hilary Lambert, Robb Jetty, and Bert Bland of the Lansing Advisory
Committee on the Power Plant Future (LAC-PPF). Members of the Lansing Parks, Recreation,
and Trails Advisory Committee have been invited. Rosters are below.

6. Membership
Four member terms are set to expire on 12/31/2020 (Andra, Robyn, Tom, Karen). We need to
make a recommendation no later than the 12/3 CAC meeting for the Town Board's January
Organizational Meeting.
7. Reports from the CAC to DEC, EMC
Our Annual Reports are due to NYSDEC and the Tompkins County EMC (and Town Board) by
12/31.
8. C.J.'s Plan of Work
Questions and feedback for C.J. on her involvement with CAC in 2021.
