Randall, Planning Director Sue Munson, Code Clerk 15 16 Public Present via Zoom Meetings 17 No Public Present 18 19 Co-Chair Tom Butler opened the meeting at 6:36 pm 20 21 Public Comments via email to tolcodes@lansingtown.com 22 - No Public Comments by email while meeting was live streaming on youtube at 23 https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCs2FgU2xFnDyGS8DwXgoJwA 24 25 Update on the Natural Resource Inventory 26 - Karen information has been added. Osamu added some of the class's maps. 27 - Carrie, Robyn and Tom have made some online edits. Tom put his initial on some of his 28 edits. 29 - Those present gave C.J. the permission to remove the mark ups and repost a clean 30 version on OneDrive for the CAC members to proceed with final review. 31 - Research how many private conservation easements to add to the map 32 o Include number of parcels, how many acres, and how much of it is in the Ag or 33 Forest areas. 34 - C.J. will check with the CRC Class to add a map. 35 - The whole purpose of creating the Natural Resource Inventory is to get a baseline of all 36 this information so that we can then move into the Open Space Index. Which will not 37 just catalog the existing open spaces but try to plan for future areas to be conserved. 38 - Robyn will work on the style of the document along with map titles and page numbers. Page 1 of 2 39 When the NRI is ready we will adopt it. Then move on to the Open Space Index and add 40 the NRI as an Appendix. 41 Would like to send to the Planning Board around May for their June 11t" meeting. 42 The next step would then be to send to the Town Board for them to adopt it (not as a 43 local law). 44 Tom will try work on gathering information that the County may have that we would 45 want to include. 46 Deadline of May 201" for comments from the CAC. 47 C.J. will follow up with Terry Carroll on future maps and getting the style of the maps so 48 in the future we can have all the maps look alike. 49 - The Story Maps will be a fun project to present to the public in some manner. 50 General Discussion 51 - Climate Smart Communities reviewed completed actions. 52 - The Utilities bills for the Town were given to Osamu for a portion of the Climate Smart 53 Communities project. Not sure if Osamu had time to review them or if he passed the 54 paperwork on to Terry Carroll.
