26 Chair Jerry Caward opened the meeting at 6:30 pm.

28 A brief recap on Short Term Rentals Committee's work compiling local laws
29 - They are reviewing short-term local laws from other municipalities throughout the state, it was
30 a very brief recap as the purpose of this Planning Board meeting is for Mandatory Annual
31 Training.
32 - C.J. reported that County Planning is getting ready to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP).To
33 gather proposals regarding monitoring and analytics of short-term rentals as this is a county-
34 wide concern.
35 Mandatory Annual Training
36 - Part of the Conservation Advisory Council joined the Planning Board for the Annual Training.

39 Meeting adjourned at the call of the Planning Board Chair at 6:48pm. The Annual Training
