In accordance with LUO § 701.10, this site plan approval is valid for only 36 months from 155 the date hereof, and the applicant/owner is required to commence and substantially 156 complete the construction or other activities for which the site plan is applicable within 157 said 36 months or this approval shall, unless extended upon application timely made, 158 expire, lapse, and be of no further validity, force or effect. 159 2. Building Permits will be required to construct the approved building and site facilities 160 and such plans must meet all code requirements, including the sealing of plans by a 161 licensed engineer or architect, and be constructed in compliance with all state and local 162 building code requirements. 163 3. The applicant must be issued a Sign Permit in compliance with the Town's Sign Local 164 Law (#1 of 2014) in order to erect, install, build, place, emplace, site, or substantially 165 rebuild or repair any Sign. 166 4. Town of Lansing and the municipal 346 code and designated code of Town of Lansing. Also, in that was a resolution for a public 347 hearing for the stormwater report. Another resolution for proposed local law, three of 348 2020 with a solar and wind energy systems. Another resolution in their establishing, a 349 highway department, building renovation and evaluation committee and appointment 350 appointing members of that committee. A resolution for hiring part time seasonal 351 employees for park and rec. Page 8 of 9 APPROVED 352 - The Town Board had an emergency meeting today to hiring somebody for I believe July 353 9th. 354 - We had a resolution under the consent agenda, approving budget audit and budget 355 modifications. 356 - In the consent agenda, we had a resolution grant in New York State Authority to 357 perform an adjustment for owner and agreement to maintain facilities adjusted via 358 State led contract 359 - Also, a resolution scheduling a public hearing for proposed local law, number four of 360 2020, and overriding the tax levy limit. 361 - A motion approving the storm water, operation management and reporting an 362 agreement for the village circle/village solar's plan development area. 363 364 Adjourned Meeting—see transcript line 1635 365 Meeting adjourned at the call of the Planning Board Chair at 8:37 pm. 366 367 Minutes taken and executed by Sue Munson.
