AGENDA: 1. Project: Pop Up (Temporary) Drive-in Movie Theatre Applicant: Kevin Sullivan on behalf of Community Rec Center Inc Location: The Rink, 1767 East Shore Dr; Tax Parcel No. 37.1-6-9 Project Description: The Applicant is requesting Site Plan approval of a temporary drive-in theatre on the 13.36-acre parcel with existing 57,500 sq. ft. field house; 31,440 sq. ft indoor rink; 1,800 sq. ft. retail; and 4,100 health facility. The property is located in the Residential Moderate Density (R2) Zoning District. This is a Type II Action under the State Environmental Quality Review Act 6 NYCRR 617.5 (c)(21) and is not subject to environmental review. Project: Hartz— Maple Avenue Minor Subdivision Applicant: Matthew Hartz, Owner Location: 21 Maple Ave; Tax Parcel No. 26.-10-16 Project Description: Applicant is requesting to subdivide the existing 3.37-acre parcel into three parcels: Parcel A, measuring 1.262 acres with existing two-unit residence; Parcel B, 1.089 acres; and Parcel C, measuring 1.015 acres. The property is located in the Residential Moderate Density (R2) Zoning District. This is an Unlisted Action under the State Environmental Quality Review Act and is subject to environmental review. Project: Dormady- Hillcrest Road Subdivision Applicant: Edward Dormady, on behalf of Helen Dormady, Owner Location: Hillcrest Road; Tax Parcel No. 44.-1-4.2 Project Description: Applicant is requesting to subdivide the existing undeveloped 25.20-acre parcel into two parcels: Parcel A, measuring 6.943 acres; and Parcel B, measuring 18.140 acres. The property is located in the Residential Low Density (R1) Zoning District. The subdivision as proposed requires suitable improvement of Forest Acres Drive. This is an Unlisted Action under the State Environmental Quality Review Act and is subject to environmental review. On February 24, 2020, Planning Board directed the Planning Department to prepare a memorandum that considers options for this project's Page 1 of 2 review in relation to the relevant policies in the 2018 Comprehensive Plan and the decision-making criteria and standards in the current Land Use Ordinance and Subdivision Rules and Regulations. A memorandum outlining five options was subsequently distributed to the Planning Board on April 3, 2020. On April 13, 2020, the Planning Board directed the Planning Department to refer analysis of the development patterns and 2018 Comprehensive Plan Highway Network Map to the Town's Engineers and Highway Department. On May 18, 2020, the Planning Board made a Motion recommending the Town Board consider selling a 165' piece of Forest Acres Drive to the Applicant, subject to permissive referendum and conditioned approval on no further future subdivision of Parcel A (measuring 6.943 acres). Project: Britton Woods Major Subdivision Applicant: Timothy Buhl, P.E. on behalf of Scotty & Wayne Britton, Owners Location: East Side of Triphammer Rd/ North of Asbury Rd; Tax Parcel No. 37.1-4-2.12 Project Description: The Applicant is proposing a major subdivision for ten (10) residential building lots on 9.70 acres of land located in the Residential Low Density (R1) Zoning District. The proposed subdivision plat may include drainage easements to be dedicated to the Town. This is an Unlisted Action under the State Environmental Quality Review Act and is subject to environmental review.
