20 Chair Jerry Caward opened the meeting at 6:30 pm.

22 Chair Jerry Caward asked all Board Members to please follow the proper protocol when you
23 have issues or concerns. If you have legal or engineering questions or any questions related to
24 project review please bring them to the Planning Board Chair or the Director of Planning, so it
25 can be considered as part of legal and/or engineering review.

27 Discussion on Land Use Ordinance
28 Questions 1- 17 were discussed from the Land Use Ordinance and Regulations Audit questions.
