5. Project: Britton Woods Major Subdivision
Applicant: Timothy Buhl, P.E. on behalf of Scotty & Wayne Britton, Owners
Location: East Side of Triphammer Rd/ North of Asbury Rd; Tax Parcel No. 37.1-4-2.12
Anticipated Board action(s) this month: Project update; Declaration of Lead Agency
Project Description: The Applicant is proposing a major subdivision for ten (10) residential building lots
on 9.70 acres of land located in the Residential Low Density (R1) Zoning District. The proposed
subdivision plat may include drainage easements to be dedicated to the Town. This is an Unlisted
Action under the State Environmental Quality Review Act and is subject to environmental review.
6. Project: Pinney Properties, LLC Duplexes
Applicant: A. Scott Pinney, Owner, on behalf of Pinney Properties, LLC
Location: 390 Peruville Road; Tax Parcel No. 30.-1-28.212
Anticipated Board action(s) this month: Review of Expired Site Plan
Project Description: The Applicant is requesting renewal of previous Site Plan approval (Planning Board
Resolution 16-26, approved November 28, 2016) for construction of fifteen (15) duplexes on the 37.99-
acre parcel. Town of Lansing Land Use Ordinance Section 701.10 (Expiration of Site Plan Approvals)
stipulates that construction must commence and be substantially complete within three (3) years of
the date of Site Plan approval.

Applicant: Kathryn Sherman on behalf of Auburn Ridge Properties, LLC
Location: 2073 East Shore Drive; Tax Parcel No. 37.1-2-3
Anticipated Board action(s) this month: Sketch Plan
Project Description: The Applicant proposes adaptive reuse of the existing 9,310 square foot building
(formerly Egan's IGA supermarket) on the ±0.81 acre lot located in the Commercial Mixed Use (B1)

Zoning District. This is a Type II Action under the State Environmental Quality Review Act 6 NYCRR
617.5(c)(18).
