Project Title: Salt Point Farm Brewery and Tasting Room
Applicant: Chris Hesse for Salt Point Brewing Company, LLC
Location: Auburn Road at Town Center Lands (across from ballfields, adjacent to Milton
Meadows); Tax Parcel No. 31.4-16.6
Anticipated Board action(s) this month: Preliminary and Final Site Plan Approval
Project Description: The Applicant proposes construction of a new 4,250 square foot
wholesale production facility for Salt Point Brewery, including on-site retail sales / taproom
and outside seating, on the 5.479-acre parcel connected to the Town Center Trail. The
property is in the Commercial, Mixed-Use (B-1) Zoning District. This is an Unlisted Action
under the State Environmental Quality Review Act and is subject to environmental review.
Project Title: Ridge Road Imports Expansion
Applicant: Raymond Tuhro for Ridge Road Imports, LLC
Location: 2025 East Shore Drive; Tax Parcel No. 37.1-2-53.4
Anticipated Board action(s) this month: Sketch Plan
Project Description: The Applicant proposes construction of a 1,320 sq. ft. single-story
addition to the existing used car sales (including garage service and repair) to accommodate
a new wheel alignment lift. The property is in the Commercial, Mixed-Use (B-1) Zoning
District. This is a Type II Action under the State Environmental Quality Review Act 6
NYCRR 617.5(c)(9).
