A. Project Title: Peruville Road Minor Subdivision
Applicant: Andrew J. Sciarabba on behalf of Lansing Associates
Location: Tax Parcel No. 30.4-16.22 (Peruville Road, adjacent to the Mirabito Mart)
Anticipated Board action(s) this month: Public Hearing; Determination of Environmental
Significance; Preliminary and Final Approval
Project Description: The Applicant is requesting to subdivide the existing 3.42-acre
property, Tax Parcel No. 30.4-16.22, into two parcels: Parcel 1, measuring 1.179 acres with
existing Raised Bed Septic Area; and Parcel 2, measuring 2.237 acres and vacant. The
property is located in the B2 (General Commercial) Zoning District, immediately adjacent
to Mirabito Convenience Store.
