Project Title: Finger Lakes Marine Service, Inc. Modification of Site Plan approval Applicant: Barry Ford, Owner Location: 44 Marina Road; Tax Parcel No. 33.-1-67 Anticipated Board action(s) this month: Determination of Modification of Site Plan Project Description: The Applicant proposes modification of the project's previously- approved Site Plan granted by Planning Board Resolution 19-01 on January 14, 2019 to allow running water and composting toilets in each cabin to provide separate use from the marina's customers for convenience of the temporary renters. Town of Lansing Land Use Ordinance Section 701.7.7 requires Planning Board approval of amendments to the express condition that no cabins shall have bathrooms or kitchens/food processing facilities, and they shall at all times be U-classed buildings. The property is in the Lakeshore (L1) Zoning District. This is a Type II Action under the State Environmental Quality Review Act 6 NYCRR 617.5(c)(13). 6. Action Items A. Project Title: Salt Point Farm Brewery and Tasting Room Applicant: Chris Hesse for Salt Point Brewing Company,LLC Location: Auburn Road at Town Center Lands (across from ballfields, adjacent to Milton Meadows); Tax Parcel No. 31.-1-16.6 Anticipated Board action(s) this month: SEQRA Declaration of Lead Agency Project Description: The Applicant proposes construction of a new 4,250 square foot wholesale production facility for Salt Point Brewery, including on-site retail sales / taproom and outside seating, on the 5.479-acre parcel connected to the Town Center Trail. The property is in the Commercial, Mixed-Use (B-1) Zoning District. This is an Unlisted Action under the State Environmental Quality Review Act and is subject to environmental review. 7.
