HomeMy WebLinkAbout19-23 134 Fenner Road Subdivision SEQRARESOLUTION PB 19-23 TOWN OF LANSING PLANNING BOARD RESOLUTION OF STATE ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY REVIEW (SEQR) NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE PROPOSED MINOR SUBDIVISION -134 FENNER ROAD, LANSING NEW YORK, TAX PARCEL #2.-1-23.22 WHEREAS, an application was made by Jan F. Stowell, Applicant and Owner, for a two -lot Minor Subdivision approval to create Lot 1, measuring 10.27 acres with existing house and pole barn; and Lot 2, measuring 25.11 acres with ±8 acres actively farmed, at 134 Fenner Road, Lansing, New York, and otherwise known as Tax Parcel #2.-1-23.22, consisting of a total of 34.38 acres, in the RA (Rural Agriculture) Zone; and WHEREAS, this action was determined to be an Unlisted Action for which the Town of Lansing Planning Board is the sole involved agency for the purposes of a State Environmental Quality Review Act ("SEQRA") review; and WHEREAS, this is a proposed action reviewed under Local Law 3 of 2016, Subdivision Rules and Regulations of the Town of Lansing for which the completed application was received June 21, 2019; and WHEREAS, this Board, acting as Lead Agency in environrnental review, did on July 8, 2019, review and accept as adequate: "Proposed Subdivision Plat - Lands of Jan Stowell and Susan LeRoy" prepared by Reagan Land Surveying and dated 06J14/2M;' an Agricultural Data Statement and Short Environmental Assessment Form (SERF), Part 1, submitted by the Applicant, and Part 2, prepared by the Planning Board; and other application materials; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: That the Planning Board of the Town of Lansing determines the proposed project will result in no significant impact on the environment and that a Negative Declaration for purposes of Article 8 of the Environmental Conservation Law be filed in accordance with the provisions of Part 617 of the State Environmental Quality Review Act for the action of Minor Subdivision approval for Town of Lansing Tax Parcel Number 2.-1-23.22 for Jan F. Stowell, Applicant and Owner.
