Consideration of a Site Plan from NYSEG for a Proposed Public Utility
Monopole Tower, Location: 10 Barn Road, Tax Parcel#30.4-16.11. To Install a
100' monopole tower and antennas within a+/- 720 ft2 (18, x 40')tower base
area including a+/- 60 ft2 (6' x 10') equipment shelter. Access via+/- 350'
access road/utility easement from Town Barn Road.
Developers Discussion with Cayuga Vista Apartments -Proposing Two
Apartment Buildings with a total of 16 units to be located between Jump Around
Inflatables and IMR Testing. On the corner of Woodsedge Drive and Cayuga
Vista Drive -Tax Parcels #37.1-2-53.27, #37.1-2-53.28, #37.1-2-53.29.
Land Use Ordinance -The Planning Board to begin the process of
updating potential changes to the current Lansing Land Use Ordinance.
The goal of the meeting will be to identify potential additions /
deletions. Discuss building setback dimensions.
