Hillcrest Housing. Location: 16 Hillcrest Road in the open field North of
Hillcrest Road on Warren Road. Tax Parcel #P/O 44.4-20.2. For the
Construction of five micro-houses for rental purposes only, Not for sale.

Discussion and Review of a Policy allowing Trails &Pathways
Recommendation to the Town Board for a Zoning Amendment to four
locations. (1) Auburn Road, Parcels #31.-1-18; #31.-1-15.21; 31.4-15.1
Change from IR to B1 (2) Franklyn Drive, Parcel #37.1-3-18 Change from
R1 to B2 (3) Ridge Road, Parcel #32.4-47.1 Change from L1 to B1 (4)
Hillcrest Road, Parcel # 44.-1.-20.2 Change IR to permit Residential Uses.
