PUBLIC HEARING - Review a Major Subdivision Application and SEQRA.
Applicant is Anna Wagner&Frank White requesting a four-lot subdivision with
a private road off Drake Road"Wagner Way" in the Commercial Zoning(132)
Tax Parcel #37.1-1-1.21. With a recommendation to the Town Board under
Town Law 280a(4).
