*Glenn Cobb Subdivision Approval. Applicant is requesting to subdivide 4.006 acres from his
property. Location: 407 Old Orchard Road in the Lakeshore Zone (L1) Tax Parcel # 12.-1-15.321.
*PUBLIC HEARING - Allison Ho use, Trustee Subdivision Application Review with Approval or
Denial. Applicant is requesting to subdivide 25 acres of land from tax parcel 15.-1-25.2 and
transfer to adjacent parcel 15.-1-26.2. Location: 47 Ludlow Road in Rural Agricultural Zoning
(RA) Tax Parcel 15.4-25.2.
*PUBLIC HEARING- Nexamp SEQRA & Site Plan Application Review. Applicant is Joseph
Fiori/Wayne &Doris Straw requesting to lease property to Nexamp for a 5MW AC Community Solar
Array on 24 of the 44.1 acres. Location: 339 Jerry Smith Road in the Rural Agricultural Zone (RA) Tax
Parcel# 16.-1-10.
*Dutch Harvest Farms Continued Site Plan Application and SEQRA Review. Applicant is Laura
Huizinga requesting to build a wedding barn event center on the 50 +/- acres including a pond.
Location: 1487 Ridge Road in the Rural Agricultural Zone (RA) Tax Parcel# 12.-1-18.5.
*East Shore Christian Fellowship Amended Site Plan. Revised the grading and
driveway/parking layout. Added a pedestrian ramp up to a new covered main entrance.
Revision reduces impermeable surfaces.
*Finger Lakes Marina Continued -Site Plan Review for to improve conditions at Marina. With
new repair barn;new boat/RV sewage dumping station; modified interior site access; endure
recent improvements (main building porch, laundry room, boardwalks, etc.) are accepted by
Town; modify some docks in accordance with DEC/COE permit(s), create small RV
campground; future new bridge and sheet piling. Location: 44 Marina Road in the Lakeshore
Zone (L1) Tax Parcel # 33.-1-67.
