Chairperson Tom Ellis called the Planning Board Meeting to order at 6:34 PM.
Chairperson Tom Ellis enacted Thomas Butler and Dean Shea due to member absences.
Motion to approve the planning board minutes for August 13, 2018 meeting
Debbie Trumbull made a motion to approve the August 13, 2018 minutes. Sandy
Conlon seconded the motion.
All in Favor - 7 Opposed - 0
Review of the Future Land Use Definitions from the sub-committee and discussed
Future Land Use Map
- The Planning Board will review the definitions in more depth on their own and
respond back in 7 days if there are any changes to the final draft from the committee.
- On September 24, 2018, the Planning Board will open the floor for Public Comments
and/or Concerns on the Future Land Use Map for the area South of Peruville Road.
Chairperson Tom Ellis reiterated again that the Lansing Rod &Gun club had withdrawn
its site plan application and once again reminded everyone present that there is to be NO
discussion referring to Lansing Rod &Gun. If the EPA, the public or others ask about it,
all correspondence must go through the Towri s Attorney.
