Project Description: The Applicant proposes amending Site Plan(approved May 15, 2019)under
Land Use Ordinance 701.7 to increase the size of the solar panels from one 40' x 16' array to two 80'
x I arrays. The property is in the Rural Agriculture (RA) Zoning District.

Act and is subject to environmental review.

Applicant: Carl E. Schimmelfing for Sovereign Rentals LLC on behalf of Mary Merrill, Owner
Location: Tax Parcel No. 6.4-24, 144 Locke Road
Anticipated Board action(s) this month: Public Hearing; SEQRA Determination of Negative
Declaration; Preliminary and Final Plat Approval
Project Description: The Applicant proposes a Minor Subdivision of the existing+/-18-acre parcel
into two parcels: Lot 1, measuring 5.93 acres with existing house; and Lot 2, measuring 12.00 acres
and actively farmed. This is an Unlisted Action under the State Environmental Quality Review Act
and is subject to environmental review.
