A. Project Title: Minor Subdivision
Applicant: Miller Mayer, LLP on behalf of Michael W. Baughman and Rochelle J. Baughman
Location: 162 E. Lansing Road, Tax Parcel No. 20.-1-24.221
Anticipated Board action(s) this month: Public Hearing/Determination of Environmental
Significance/Preliminary and Final Approval of Minor Subdivision
Project Description: Requesting to subdivide 2.194 acres with the house from the 77.052
acre parcel on 162 E. Lansing Road. This is an Unlisted action under the State
Environmental Quality Review Act and is subject to a Short Environmental Assessment
Form Review.
B. Project: Lot Line Adjustment—Exempt
Applicant: Norman L. Davidson
Location: 1242 Ridge Road, Tax Parcel Nos. 16.-1-7.2 and 16.-1-7.4
Anticipated Board action(s): Public Hearing/Determination of Environmental
Significance/Preliminary and Final Approval
Project Description: The Applicant proposes to subdivide a 0.44-acre portion of the 60-
acre Tax Parcel Number 16.4-7.4 with existing garage then consolidate that 0.44-acre
portion with the 1.01-acre Tax Parcel No. 16.-1-7.2 with existing house at 1242 Ridge Road.
The property is in the Rural Agricultural (RA) Zoning District. This is an Unlisted action
under the State Environmental Quality Review Act and is subject to a Short Environmental
Assessment Form Review.
C. Project Title: NYSDOT Tompkins County Sub-residency at Ithaca Tompkins Regional Airport
Applicant: Kathleen Joy, Assistant Counsel on behalf of NYS Department of Transportation
Location: Warren Road P/O 44.-1-47, 44.4-20 &44.-1-18
Anticipated Board action(s) this month: Resolution of the Board acknowledging New
York State Department of Transportation's absolute immunity from local land use review
Project Description: Tompkins County will transfer ownership to NYSDOT upon receipt
of a Deed of Release from the Federal Aviation Administration. Proposed Use of Site is a
New Sub-residency Facility for NYS DOT.

D. Project Title: Lansing Renewables, LLC 5MW AC Community Solar Array
Applicant: Joseph Fiori, agent for Nexamp Solar, Inc.
Location: 339 Jerry Smith, Road Tax Parcel No. 16.-1-10
Anticipated Board action(s) this month: Determination of Environmental Significance/
Preliminary and Final Approval of Site Plan
Project Description: The Applicant proposes a 5 MW AC Community Solar Array.
Electricity generated by the solar farm to be sold at a discount to participating residents and
small businesses. More information on Nexamp's Program: solarizemybill.com. The
property is in the Rural Agricultural (RA) Zoning District. This is a Type I action under the
State Environmental Quality Review Act and is subject to an FEAF environmental review.
E. Project Title: Osmica
