Project Title: Lansing Renewables, LLC 5MW AC Community Solar Array Applicant: Joseph Fiori, agent for Nexamp Solar, Inc. Location: 339 Jerry Smith, Road Tax Parcel No. 16.-1-10 Anticipated Board action(s) this month: Determination of Environmental Significance/ Preliminary and Final Approval of Site Plan Project Description: The Applicant proposes a 5 MW AC Community Solar Array. Electricity generated by the solar farm to be sold at a discount to participating residents and small businesses. More information on Nexamp's Program: solarizemybill.com. The property is in the Rural Agricultural (RA) Zoning District. This is a Type I action under the State Environmental Quality Review Act and is subject to an FEAF environmental review. E.
