Buhl, P.E. for Scotty&Wayne Britton Location: N Triphammer Rd between Franklyn Dr and Asbury Rd; Tax Parcel#37.1-4-2.12 Anticipated Board action(s) this month: Review of Preliminary Sketch Plan Project Description: The Applicant proposes construction of ten single story, 1140 sf two- bedroom single-family dwellings, two parking spaces each, and one maintenance/storage building 24' x 36' with one loading space on 9.70 acres. The property is in the Residential— Low Density(R1) Zoning District. 6B. Project Title: Lake Forest Circle Subdivison Applicant: Timothy C. Buhl, P.E. for H.
