Chair Henry (Hurf) Sheldon motioned to go into closed session at 5:35pm. All those in favor.

Linda Hirvonen made a motion to open tonight's meeting at 6:35pm. Judy Drake seconded the
motion.

Motion to Approve the Zoning Board of Appeals Minutes for January 29,2019 Meeting
Judy Drake made a motion to Approve the January 29,2019 Minutes. Peter Larson III seconded
the motion:

Linda Hirvonen made a motion to continue the Public Hearing for Ruzicka's Appeal at 6:37pm.
Maureen Cowen seconded the motion.

Michael Perehinec, Attorney for Lisa Ruzicka, gave a closing statement. Transcript is on file in

Andrew Leja, Attorney for the Lansing Rod &Gun, simply wanted to thank the board for their
careful consideration of the comments given and looks forward to the decision.
Motion to close the Public Hearing for Ruzicka's Appeal at 6:47pm
Maureen Cowen made a motion to close the Public Hearing for Ruzicka's Appeal at 6:47pm.
Judy Drake seconded the motion.

Paul Sylvestri, Attorney for Council of the ZBA made a statement that by closed, the
deliberations are being held in public, public is allowed to listen in, and they in fact will be here
to listen in on the ZBA deliberations.
Motion to open the closed portion of the meetingat t 6:48pm
Linda Hirvonen made a motion to open the closed portion of the meeting at 6:48pm. Judy Drake
seconded the motion.

Chair Henry (Hurf Sheldon) made a public announcement, the deliberations are being held
under what is called de novo,which means of new, so we are going to be reviewing all the
information from all the parties and making our own decision. We may consider one way or the
other but we affirm that it is the board's decision.
Within the appeal from the appellants, there are 6 points that we will be deliberated. If the
Board needs additional information, they will call on the appropriate individual for a response.
Only the person called on will answer the question.

Motion to table the meeting until March 4, 2019 and Adjourn Meeting
Linda Hirvonen made a motion to table the meeting until March 4,2019 at 8:45pm. Peter
Larson III seconded the motion.
