- Approval/Denial of March 4, 2019 Minutes
- PUBLIC HEARING - Consideration of an application made by Amanda Smith-
Socaris of 139 Eastlake Road, Tax Parcel #42.-1-54.13. For an Area Variance from
Section 504, Schedule II; MINIMUM YARD SET BACK. The Residential-Low
Density Zone (R1) requires 15' from the property line to the most outer part of
the new porch. Amanda is requesting an 11' setback on the side yard.
- PUBLIC HEARING - Consideration of an appeal filed by Cathy Barron seeking
interpretation of Zoning Ordinance as it relates to section 503 Schedule 1 &
Definitions &Appeal of decision of Code Enforcement Officer. The appeal
specifically seeks that the ZBA determine that this is not an allowed use and may
only be permitted if a Use Variance is first granted for the Bed and Breakfast and
Banquet Hall/Reception Venue for 59 Emmons Road, Tax Parcel #P/O 23.-1-
6.32.
