The Lansing Town Board met in Special Session at 3:30 p.m. at the Lansing
Town Hall Boardroom with Supervisor Pinney presiding.
The Supervisor called the meeting to order and had the clerk take the Roll Call.

Authorize the Supervisor to sign amended agreement for Warren Road Sewer
Project:
RESOLUTION NO. 10 -60
At a Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Lansing held in and for
the Town of Lansing at the Lansing Town Hall on 4th day of March, 2010, the
following members being present: A. Scott Pinney, Supervisor; Robert Cree,
Councilperson; Kathy Miller, Councilperson; and Connie Wilcox, Councilperson;
and the following members being absent: Martin Christopher, Councilperson and
the following motion for a Resolution was duly made by motion of Connie Wilcox,
and was duly seconded by Kathy Miller; and the vote was as follows: Robert
Cree — Aye; Kathy Miller —Aye; Connie Wilcox - Aye -; A. Scott Pinney - Aye, and
the following Resolution therefore passed 4 -0, and was duly adopted:
WHEREAS, An Intermunicipal agreement is being prepared for Warren Road
Sewer Project which needs to be amended, therefore, it is hereby
RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby authorize the Supervisor to
execute the document with amendments on behalf of the Town of Lansing and it
is further
RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby authorize the Supervisor to sign
said agreement.

RESOLUTION, offered by Mrs. Wilcox and seconded by Mr. Cree:
RESOLVED, that the meeting is hereby adjourned at the call of the Supervisor at
3:38 p.m.
