The Lansing Town Board met in Special Session at the Lansing Town Hall Board Room
at 11:00 a.m. with Supervisor Farkas presiding.
The Supervisor called the meeting to order and had the clerk take the Roll Call.

RESOLUTION, offered by Mr. Shattuck and seconded by Mrs. Overstrom:
WHEREAS, the Town of Lansing has adopted a Town of Lansing Cellular Tower
Ordinance as Appendix II to the Town of Lansing Land Use Ordinance adopted on July 1, 1998,
regulating the placement and operation of cellular communication towers in the Town of
Lansing; and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Lansing has received an application
pursuant to the Town of Lansing Cellular Tower Ordinance for the placement of a cellular
communication tower in the Town of Lansing near the intersection of State Route 34 and Buck
Road; therefore, it is hereby
RESOLVED, that the Town of Lansing Town Board hereby schedules a public hearing
for February 28, 2001, at 7:00 p.m. to receive public comment on the proposal to place and
operate a cellular communication tower in the Town of Lansing near the intersection of State
Route 34 and Buck Road and a copy of the application including the site map shall be available
for inspection at the Lansing Town Hall.
