The Lansing Town Board met in Special Session at
Town Hall Board Room at 7:00 p.m. with Supervisor Kirby

The Supervisor called the meeting to order and took the Roll
Call
Mr. Larson discussed the Bean Hill/
signed
Hillcrest intersection
with the Board. It
was the consensus
of
the Board to have Mr.
Larson contact some
local realtors and
discuss the situation with
them. He will come
back to the Board
at
a later date with his
findings.
On recommendation from Mr. Larson, it was the consensus of the
Board to allow him to purchase one Rotary Hoist from Filtrex Corp.
as they were the low bidder. This is a budgeted figure in the 1996
Highway Budget.
Mrs. Kirby
signed
the SPCA
contract which will be sent on to
Pam Stonebraker
at the
Tompkins
County SPCA.
On motion, meeting adjourned at the call of the Supervisor at
9:00 P.M.
Minutes taken by the Supervisor and executed by the Town
Clerk.
