P,fThe'Lansing Town Board met in Special Session at the Lansing
Town Hall Board Room at 7:00 p.m. with Supervisor Kirby presiding.

VISITORS: Sharon Bowman and Andy LaVigne
The Supervisor called the meeting to order and took the Roll
Call.
Discussion was held concerning David Allardice getting a new
Moody rating and the following resolution was adopted.
RESOLUTION, offered by Mr. Tvaroha and seconded by Mr.
Cleveland:
WHEREAS, the Town has received a proposal from David E.
Allardice, Inc. Municipal Financial Services, to assist the Town
and to act as a fiscal advisor in connection with the bonding of
Town indebtedness; and
WHEREAS, the Town has determined that it is in the best
interests of the Town to seek a rating of the Town's financial
condition with the Moody's credit rating service; and
WHEREAS, David E. Allardice, Inc., Municipal Financial
Advisors, has agreed to prepare the application and assist in the
Moody's credit rerating process for a charge of $ 1,000.00;
therefore, it is
RESOLVED, tha
authorizes David E.
to proceed with the

Mr. John will research whether we should form an Ambulance
District or form an Ambulance Department. He will get back to the
Board with his findings.
Discussion was held regarding Bill George Road. The Town
Board will invite the residents in from Bill George Road on
November 16, 1994 at 8:30 p.m.
The Preliminary Budget was discussed and all Board Members
were in agreement.
RESOLUTION, offered by Mr. Beckwith and seconded by Mr.
Cleveland:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Lansing hereby
authorizes Mr. Totman and Mrs. Kirby to visit Watchtower projects
at the Wallkill and the Patterson facilities and;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all expenses incurred are to be
a Town charge.
