Present Town Clerk Absent Town Attorney Present VISITORS: David Herrick to Mrs. and Mr. Bob Supko - Cargill land owners on Bill George Road would prefer to have Bill George Road extension become a public Representative. road. The Supervisor called the meeting to order and took the Roll Call. Proof of Notice having been furnished, the Public Hearing on proposed Water District No. 18 was called to order at 8:00 P.M. Dave Herrick presented the proposed Water District No. 18 to all persons present. Several situations were discussed regarding the district and the following resolution was duly adopted: RESOLUTION, offered by Mr. Beckwith and seconded by Mr. Tvaroha: RESOLVED, that the Public Hearing on proposed Water District No. 18 is hereby adjourned until 8:00 p.m. on May 18, 19940 Vote of Town Board . . . (Aye) Larry Tvaroha, Councilman Vote of Town Board . . . (Aye) Jeannine Kirby, Supervisor Discussion was held on the proposed Water District No. 17. Mr. Herrick pointed out that some people would be limited to the amount of land they could put into the district due to the lack of water pressure. Discussion was held on Water District No. 14 in regard to Mr. John Horky's property and his request to have his water district payment reduced. This will be further discussed at the Regular Meeting on May 18, 19940 In regard to Mrs. Juracka's situation, it was stated that some of the land owners on Bill George Road would prefer to have Bill George Road extension become a public road. It was the consensus of the Board to invite all interested Bill George at 8:00 p.m. Road to land owners to discuss the situation meet with in the Board this area. on May 25, 1994 RESOLUTION, offered by Mr. Tvaroha and seconded by Mr. Beckwith. RESOLVED, that the bookkeeper is hereby authorized to increase Mr. Jim Colt and Mr. Richard Inman's hourly pay from $5.25 to $ 6.25 retroactive from March 28, 19948 Vote of Town Board . . .
