The Supervisor called the meeting to order and had the clerk take the Roll Call. A discussion was held concerning Policy. There were questions asked by Sharon Bowman. After policy copies have 1 be given time to respond to RESOLUTION offered by Mr. Cleveland and seconded by Mr. Tvaroha. BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby approves the application submitted by New York State Electric and Gas Corporation on January 19, 1994, to. Add five 70 watt high pressure sodium lights in the area of the Lansing High School in the District at Large at an annual cost of $ 103.35 per light with a total annual cost to the Town of Lansing of $ 516.75 at the present rate. Change one 175 watt mercury vapor light to a 100 watt high high pressure sodium pressure sodium light in the area of Salmon Creek north of Ludlowville in the District at Large at no increase in the annual in cost to the Town of Lansing. C 4'7 Add one 70 watt high pressure sodium light in the area of North Triphammer Road and Asbury Road in the District at Large at an annual cost to the Town of Lansing of $ 103.35 at the present rate. Add one 100 watt high pressure sodium light in the area of North Triphammer Extension and Town Barn Road in the District at Large at an annual cost to the Town of Lansing of $ 141.88 at the C 4'7 continued March 23, 1994 present rate. To allow NYSE &G to install, at their cost, 600 feet of underground cable and a pole in the new Milliken Road area near Milliken Station for the purpose of placement of one 150 watt high pressure sodium light in the District at Large at an annual cost to the Town of Lansing of $ 140.34 at the present rate. Vote of Town Board (Aye) Jeffrey Cleveland, Councilman Vote of Town Board (Aye) Larry Tvaroha, Councilman Vote of Town Board (Aye) Jeannine Kirby, Supervisor RESOLUTION, offered by Mr. Tvaroha and seconded by Mr. Cleveland. BE IT RESOLVED, that the net due date for collection of water and sewer rents be extended from twenty (20) to thirty (30) days from issuance of the statements for payment.
