RESOLUTION offered by Mr. Cleveland and seconded by Mr.

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby approves the
application submitted by New York State Electric and Gas
Corporation on January 19, 1994, to.
Add five 70 watt high pressure sodium lights in the area of
the Lansing High School in the District at Large at an annual cost
of $ 103.35 per light with a total annual cost to the Town of
Lansing of $ 516.75 at the present rate.

To allow NYSE &G to install, at their cost, 600 feet of
underground cable and a pole in the new Milliken Road area near
Milliken Station for the purpose of placement of one 150 watt high
pressure sodium light in the District at Large at an annual cost to
the Town of Lansing of $ 140.34 at the present rate.

RESOLUTION, offered by Mr. Tvaroha and seconded by Mr.

BE IT RESOLVED, that the net due date for collection of water
and sewer rents be extended from twenty (20) to thirty (30) days
from issuance of the statements for payment.
