The Supervisor called the meeting to order and took the Roll Call.
RESOLUTION offered by Mr. Tvaroha and seconded by Mr. Emmick:
RESOLVED that the
Town
Board does
hereby approve the audit prepared by LaVigne
& Peworchik Accountants
for
the Town of
Lansing for the year
1990.

RESOLUTION offered by Mr. Tvaroha and seconded by Mr. Beckwith:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Lansing does hereby authorize
and direct the Supervsior to sign the Town of Lansing's response to the State
Audit for the year 1989.

RESOLVED, that all property tax monies received by the end of Thursday's
business day be deposited and transfered to the Supervisor's account by 1:00 P.M.
the following Friday.
