The Supervisor called the meeting to order at 8:00 P.M. and took the
Roll Call.
RESOLUTION offered by Mr. Emmick and seconded by Mr. Cleveland:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Lansing will hold a Public
Hearing on October 16, 1991 at 8 :00 P.M. in the Lansing Town Hall Boardroom
to discuss a change in the cost of building permits for the Town of Lansing.
The new proposed rate to be $3.00 per thousand with a minimum fee of $25.00.

RESOLUTION offered by Mr. Beckwith and seconded by Mr. Tvaroha:
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Lansing does hereby authorize
George Totman and Stanley Burke to attend a Building Officials Association
Seminar on October 23, 1991 from 8:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. at the Owego Treadway
Inn and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all expenses incurred are to be a Town charge.

RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby appoints Cheryl Nickel to the Lansing
Planning Board to fill the remaining term of Carol Kammen which expires December
31, 1995.
Carried.
On motion, meeting adjourned at the call of the Supervisor.
