Mr. John Horky expressed concern regarding the water on his
property. He will contact Dave Herrick concerning this matter.
Mr. Horky also asked if the Highway Department would clean the
ditches on Triphammer Terrace. Mrs. Kirby will inform Mr. Larson
of this request.
Teeter Road: Mr. Louge has -tempora- r_ily.- _agreed..to . grant -: the Town a 30'
right -of -way if he can be assured their land would still be able
to be a building lot. The Lansing Town Planning Board will look
at the lot to be sure they would accept it if it were to be used
as a building lot. Mr. Louge and Mr. Tuddingham appear to be in
agreement for giving land required to build a road to the Town
along with deeds. There has still been no communication from
Mr. Edwards who would also need to deed property to the Town for
the road construction. IF

The Swearingen situation was discussed. Mr. Swearingen's
Attorney looked at what was being proposed and wanted the district
changed to included the entire property. The Town engineer
recommended that the property on the south side of the creek should
be in a district extension and the property on the north side
should be put in the Drake Road water District. Mr. Thaler will
write a letter to Mr. Swearingen confirming Dave Herrick's
recommendation.
In regard to Mr. Frank Proto's buy -in charge for Lansing
Water District No. 2, the Board decided to use charges affiliated
with Water District's 2, 8 and 10 to come up with a buy -in figure.
The Lansing Water Board will come up with the actual figure. The
next Water Board meeting is scheduled for January 21, 1991.

The question was brought up in regard to allocating sewer
permits if and when the Village of Cayuga Heights gives the Town
a set number of them. The Town will need at least 40 to finish
up the Town section. Jeffrey Cleveland will obtain a formula for
allocating permits from the Water Board.
It appears Mr. Noel Desch may be making a counter offer in
the sewer proposal.
