Said Meeting was held at the Lansing Town Hall Boardroom on December 27, 1990 at 7 :00 P.M. with Supervisor Kirby presiding. Jeannine Kirby Herbert Beckwith Jeffrey Cleveland Louis Emmick Larry Tvaroha Bonita Boles Richard Thaler ROLL CALL voicing any Supervisor the Present Councilman RULES AND the Public Absent Councilman at Present Councilman Absent Councilman Absent Town Clerk Absent Town Attorney Absent The Supervisor called the meeting to order and took the Roll Call. Visitors: George Totman,Gregg Krantz and one other resident. Proof of Notice having been furnished, the Public Hearing on the proposed SUBDIVISION RULES AND REGULATIONS was called to order at 7:00 P.M. No one appeared voicing any objection to the proposed SUBDIVISION to be heard, RULES AND the Public REGULATIONS, Hearing was and all persons terminated at desiring 7 :33 P.M. Mr. Krantz suggested that more people should be notified in regard to subdivisions regardless of size. On motion, meeting adjourned at the call of the Supervisor. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to a Resolution of the Lansing Town Board in and for the-Town of Lonsing, concern- �g proposed amendments and additions to the Town of l Lansing Subdivision Rules and -1, Regulations, a public hearing will bey held on December 27, 1 1990 in the Town Hall in the Town of Lansing at 7:00 p.m. on that evening. The purpose for the proposed amendments and additions is to update and to stay abreast of the changes in the law governing planning and to keep abreast of the changes in population in the Town. Copies of the proposed amendments and changes to the Town of Lansing Subdivi- sion Rules , and Regulations are available for inspection at the office of the Town Clerk.
