A thorough search has failed to produce any documentation proving town owner- ship. Since the town has performed little or no maintenance on these roads for several years, and since there is no proof of town owner- ship, we respectfully request that the Town Board pass a resolution to remove them from our 1990 Local Highway System Certification report.
