RESOLUTION offered by Mr. Cleveland who moved its adoption, seconded by
Mr. Beckwith:
RESOLVED, that Town Justice, Frederick Spry and Floyd Ferris are hereby
authorized to attend the required Judicial Conference School to be held in
the spring and the other part in the fall, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Justices are hereby authorized
to pay yearly dues associated with the N.Y.S. Majistrates Association, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all expenses occured be a Town charge,
with all charges stated on a certified voucher from each Justice.
