The Lansing Town Board met in an Adjourned Meeting on February 26, 1986 at
8:00 P.M. to conduct a Public Hearing to extend a water service to the Hamlet
of Ludlowville, and to consider and act on any other business that may come
before sa -id board.

Visitors: Deputy Clerk Wanda B. Brink, Eng. T.G. Miller, David Herrick,
Bernard Thoma and ten Lansing residents.
The Supervisor called the meeting to order having the clerk take the
Roll Call.
Proof of Notice having been furnished by the Town Clerk, the Public
Hearing to extend a water service to the Hamlet of Ludlowville was called to
order at 8:00 P.M. by the Supervisor.
Engineer T.G. Miller reported on the proposed engineering plan to extend
water to the Hamlet of Ludlowville.
Bernard Thoma of Thoma Development Consultants, reported on the proposed
Application being prepared for submission to HUD for funding under the Fiscal
Year 1986 which the Town anticipates using the funds to extend a water service
to the Hamlet of Ludlowville. The maximum amount of the grant application
is $400,000.00.
RESOLUTION offered by Mr. Stevens, who moved its adoption, seconded
by Ms. Kirby:
RESOLVED, that it is the intent of the Lansing Town Board to give all
possible assistance to the Ludlowville Water District, when formed, in
implementing the provisions of this Grant (HUD - Ludlowville Extention)
including provisions for a continuous distribution system.

No one appeared voicing any objection to the proposed extension of
water service to the Hamlet of Ludlowville as presented, and all persons
desiring to be heard, having been heard, the Public Hearing was terminated
at 8:35 P.M.
On motion, meeting adjourned at the call of the Supervisor
