The Lansing Town Board met in an Adjourned Meeting on February 23, 1985
at 9 :00 A.M. for the purpose of auditing the Town Officer's books for the year
1984 and to consider and act on any other business that may come before said
board.

the clerk take the Roll Call.
The 1984 audit of the Town Officer's books was conducted. Upon
completion of the audit the following resolution was offered:
RESOLUTION offered by Mr. Stevens, who moved its adoption, seconded by
Mr. Emmick:
RESOLVED, that this board reviewed the Receipts, Disbursements and
Balances of the Town Officer's accounts for the year 1984 and found all to be
correct as follows:

RESOLUTION offered by Mrs. McElwee, who moved its adoption, seconded by
Mr. Stevens:
RESOLVED, that the Contract pursuant to the provisions of Sections 115
and 116 of the Agriculture and Markets Law between the Town of Lansing and
Lorraine Bard, Dog Control Officer, be and the same is hereby accepted,
said Contract shall commence as of March 1, 1985 and continue through
December 31, 1985, and be it further
RESOLVED, that the Supervisor be authorized to execute said Contract
on behalf of the Town.
