Inc., George Carr, and Representative from L.B. Smith, Inc., David Walsh. The Supervisor called the meeting to order having the clerk take the Roll Call. Bids were publicly opened for one 1985 12 Passenger Van as advertised. Highway Superintendent Howard Groat discussed 1) regulations regarding the storage of salt, 2) dumping station at the town park, 3) replacement of dead trees in the town park and 4) suggested replacing two highway garage doors each year. Atty. Robert Williamson will give an opinion on whether we can continue negotiations with the firemen regarding gasoline. A copy of the minutes of December 11 and December 18, 1984 having been furnished to Members of the Town Board beforehand, the Supervisor asked for a motion to propose corrections or to accept same as submitted. RESOLUTION offered by Mrs. McElwee, who moved its adoption, seconded by Mr. Emmick: RESOLVED, that the minutes as submitted by the clerk be approved. Carried Supervisor Philip Munson discussed the new road proposed for Myers Hill. Mr. Munson to arrange a meeting with Co. Representative Harris Dates and Co. Public Works Commissioner, William Mobbs for further study and review. Supervisor Munson stated that he and Ithaca Town Supervisor, Noel Desch, were meeting with Lorraine Bard regarding carrying out the duties and responsibilities of Dog Control Officer and the enforcement of Article VII of the Agriculture and Markets Law and any rules and regulations promulgated pursuant thereto. RESOLUTION offered by Mr. Emmick, who moved its adoption, seconded by Mr. Stevens: RESOLVED, that Lansing Election made two trips Districts to Albany to meet with State One through Seven inclusive, problems be amended as shown on the map filed.with Girls. As of this date, no progress has been the Town Clerk on this date 02/12/85. that the Carried Supervisor Munson reported that he had made two trips Louis Emmick, to Albany to meet with State Officials in regard to the water problems at the South Lansing Center for Girls. As of this date, no progress has been made. George Stevens, Councilwoman Margaret McElwee reported that the Grant Phi.lip Munson, awarded by the Tompkins County Council of the Arts is well report organized. AUDIT RESOLUTION Art Classes are being held by Mr. Stevens: at Woodsedge for the elderly. Supervisor Munson reported on the N.Y.S. Supervisors and Co. Legisla- tors Association 35th Annual Winter Conference held January 27 -30, 1985 at Lake Luzerne, New York. RESOLUTION offered by Mr. Stevens, who moved its adoption, seconded by Mr. Emmick: RESOLVED, that Philip Munson, Margaret McElwee, Jane Bush Horky and Wanda B. (Aye) Phi.lip Munson, Supervisor Supervisor Munson presented his monthly report AUDIT RESOLUTION offered by Mr. Emmick, who moved its adoption, seconded by Mr. Stevens: RESOLVED, that General Fund bills #27 through #82 totalling $25,450.72 and Highway Fund bills #21 through #69 totalling $47,904.09 be and the same are hereby approved for payment, and be it further RESOLVED, that Water District #2 bills be and the same are hereby approved for payment.
