The Supervisor called the meeting to order having the clerk take the
Roll Call.
RESOLUTION offered by Mr. Stevens, who moved its adoption, seconded by
Mr. Emmick:
RESOLVED, that the Lansing Housing Authority be permitted to install lights
on town property located on the east side of the ditch leading to the Retirement
Home, all expenses for said lighting be paid by the Lansing Housing Authority
exclusively.
Unanimously carried
Councilwoman McElwee discussed Certificates of Occupancy in respect to
Multiple Housing.
RESOLUTION offered by Mr. Emmick, who moved its adoption, seconded by
Mr. Stevens:
RESOLVED, that $120.00 from Park Police Acct. 03120.4 and $50.00 from
Constable Acct. #A3120.1.1 be transferred to Park Police Acct. #A3120.1 and
$2,000.00 from Park Acct. #7110.4 be transferred to Town Clerk Acct. #A1410.1.3.

RESOLUTION offered by Mrs. McElwee, who moved its adoption, seconded by
Mr. Emmick:
RESOLVED, that the Ordinance Officer be and hereby is empowered to review
plans of any new multiple residence construction, check plans for conformity with
the New York State Multiple Residence Law, enacted as Chapter 61 -B of the Con-
solidated Laws of New York, and if in compliance shall issue a Building Permit.
Upon completion of the work of this facility, this officer shall after consul-
tation with the Town of Lansing Fire Inspectors, and.,assured of conformity, issue
to the owner or his agent a Certificate of Occupancy. There shall be a fee of
$100.00 paid to the Town for this-Certificate to reimburse it for the service
of this officer in this regard. Unanimously carried
Councilman Stevens presented a written report on completed and pending
projects of the town. The report included Town Doctor, ramp for handicapped,
ceiling insulation of Town Hall, Muncipal Officials' Association meeting to be
held October 29th, Historical booklet production (Mrs. Bement), Recreation Comm-
ission, shelves for equipment storage and landscaping for Town Hall. The report
was reviewed and discussed by the board members. Supervisor Munson to write a
letter of thanks to Don Judson for shelves built in basement for storage equipment.
Supervisor Munson to write to the Planning Board complimenting them on their
efficiency in the handling of the Fiddler's Green Preliminary Subdivision Plat.
Rider donations for persons using the Lansing Mini Bus was discussed. Con-
sensus of the board was in favor of rider donations.
Raymond McElwee, Chairman of the Lansing Water & Sewer Committee and Super - I®
visor Philip Munson reviewed in detail the study to date of the proposed general
water system for the Town. It was the unanimous opinion of the board that the
study of the proposed water system should be continued.
The Regular Town Board Meeting of November has been changed from November 10th
to November 17th at 8:00 P.M.
On motion, meeting adjourned at 9:25 P.M.
