The Supervisor called the meeting to order having the clerk take the
Roll Call.
Gerald E. Wells of Becker -Wells Agency, Inc., offered a proposal for the
Town of Lansing insurance. Mr. Wells reviewed his proposal in detail and
suggested additional options /recommendations for the board to consider.
RESOLUTION offered by Mr. Emmick, who moved its adoption, seconded by
Mr. Stevens:
WHEREAS,
the Town
of Lansing has advertised
for bids
for the sale of two
Smith and Wesson
revolvers
presently owned by
the Town of
Lansing, and
WHEREAS,
Eric J.
Trotter has offered the
highest bid
in the amount of
$155.00, now
therefore
be it
RESOLVED,
that this
board accepts the bid
of Eric J.
Trotter in the amount
of $155.00.

Memorandum received from the Tompkins County Division of Assessment stating
the Local Board of Assessment Review for the Town of Lansing has been set for
Tuesday, June 9th from 3 to 7 P.M. at the Lansing Town Hall. The following
persons of the Town Board appointed to this board: Supervisor Munson from
3 to 7 P.M., Councilwoman McElwee from 3 to 5 P.M., Councilmen Emmick and
Stevens from 5 to 7 P.M.

RESOLUTION offered by Mr. Stevens, who moved its adoption, seconded by
Mrs. McElwee:
RESOLVED, by the Town Board of the Town of Lansing that Records Retention
and Disposition Schedule No. 19 -TC -1 issued pursuant to Part 185, Title 8 of the
Official Compilation of Codes, Rules, and Regulations of the State of New York
and containing minimum legal retention periods for town records, is hereby adopted
for use by the Town Clerk of this town;
FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Board hereby authorizes the disposition of records
in accordance with the minimum legal retention periods set forth in Records Reten-
tion and Disposition Schedule No. 19 -TC -1;
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk be, and hereby is, directed to furnish
a certified copy of this Resolution to the Commissioner of Education.

Eric J. Trotter, Superintendent of the Lansing Parks recommended the Town
Board consider adopting an Ordinance setting forth the Rules and Regulations
for persons using the Lansing Marina. The proposed Ordinance was reviewed by
the board and the following resolution offered:
RESOLUTION offered by Mr. Stevens, who moved its adoption, seconded by
Mr. Emmick:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Lansing will hold a Public
Hearing on June 9, 1981 at 8:00 P.M. at the Lansing Town Hall to consider a
proposed Ordinance setting forth the Rules and Regulations, penalties for
violating same, for persons using the Lansing Marina in the Town of Lansing.
Carried
Eric J. Trotter, Superintendent of the Lansing Parks recommended that
the same insurance coverage apply to Lansing Parks as applies to the Lansing
Recreation Fields. Discussion by the board, following resolution offered.

The Supervisor called the meeting to order having the clerk take the Roll
Call.
Proof of Notice having been furnished by the Town Clerk, the Public Hearing
on a Proposed Ordinance setting forth Rules and Regulations, penalties for
violating same, for persons using the Lansing Marina in the Town of Lansing, was
called to order at 8:00 P.M. by Supervisor Munson.
No one appeared voicing any objection to the Proposed Ordinance as presented
and all persons desiring to be heard, having been heard, the Public Hearing was
terminated at 8:10 P.M.
The Town Board reviewed the Public Hearing just held on the proposed Ordin-
ance setting forth Rules and Regulations for persons using the Lansing Marina
and the following resolution was offered:
