Adjacent Railroad Property Owners II, Inc. is purchasing the available portion of the aban- doned railroad right -of -way, and the purchase by ARPO II has already been approved by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. The purpose of ARPO II's purchase is to, in turn, convey title to separate lots to those persons who have an interest in the property, primarily lessees and others with :a proper..possessory interest, The corporation will soon be in a position to sell this property.'
