HomeMy WebLinkAbout1979-12-18Continued December 11, 1979 Councilman Stevens discussed the Dog Control Contract for 1980. Mr. Stevens noted that the town should review the level of service we will receive and also consider what fees the other towns are charging before we enter into a contract. Supervisor Munson reported on meeting with the Tompkins County Health Depart- ment concerning sewage disposal system for the Lansing Retirement Home. Supervisor Munson presented his monthly report. AUDIT RESOLUTION offered by Mr. Stevens, who moved its adoption, seconded by Mr. Naegely: RESOLVED, that General Fund bills #475 through #503 totalling $8,824.17 and Highway Fund bills #309 through#327 totalling $10,354.97 be and the same are hereby approved for payment, and be it further RESOLVED, that Water District #2 bills be and the same are hereby approved for payment. Present: Supervisor Munson, Councilmen Bert Hilliard, Margaret McElwee and George Stevens, Town Clerk Jane Bush Horky. RESOLUTION offered by Mr. Hilliard, who moved its adoption, seconded by Mrs.;:McElwee: RESOLVED, that the bid of IRS Excavating Inc., Lansing, N.Y., in the amount of $4,400.00, the lowest bidder for dredging the channel in Salmon Creek for the purpose of deepening and widening said channel, is hereby accepted.
