April 24, 1979
The Lansing Town Board met in an Adjourned Meeting on April 24, 1979 at
8:00 P.M. as called at the Regular Meeting of April 10, 1979. Said meeting to
consider and act on any business that may come before said board.

The Supervisor called the meeting to order having the clerk take the Roll
Call.
The board discussed the bids for Diesel Fuel which were received on
April 10, 1979, following resolution offered:
RESOLUTION offered by Mr._ Naegely, who moved its adoption, seconded by
Mr. Hilliard:
WHEREAS, the Highway Superintendent has duly advertised for bids for
Diesel Fuel and
WHEREAS, Lamoreaux -Quinn Service Corp. of Trumansburg, New York was the
lowest bidder, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the bid of Lamoreaux -Quinn Service Corp. be accepted.

The board reviewed the proposed amendments to the.Lansing Zoning Ordinance,
following resolution offered:
RESOLUTION offered by Mr. Naegely, who moved its adoption, seconded by
Mr. Stevens:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Lansing will hold a Public
Hearing on May 8th, 1979 at 8:00 P.M., on proposed amendments to the Town of
Lansing Zoning Ordinance. Carried
Letter received from the Lansing Planning Board concerning the Mobile
Home Park of Theodore Keeney located on VanOstrand Road. Brief discussion held
by the board.
Councilman George Stevens reported that, to date, he had not received
any proposals concerning CETA Projects for the town.
Supervisor Philip Munson reported on meeting with County Administrator,
John Murphy and County Representative, Harris Dates, concerning sales tax
revenue distribution.
Councilman Bert Hilliard discussed projects at the park, namely, trees,
dock and concession stand.
Councilwoman Margaret McElwee, reported on the Bolton Point Water
Commission Meeting held on April 23rd.
RESOLUTION offered by Mr. Hilliard, who moved its adoption, seconded
by Mr. Stevens:
RESOLVED, that General Fund bill #113 in the amount of $48.00 be approved
for payment.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that a
Public Hearing will be held on
proposed amendments to the Lans-
ing Zoning Ordinance which has Ji
jurisdiction over the southern por-
tion of the Town of Lansing, at the
Lansing Town Hall, Lansing, New
York, at 8:00 o'clock P.M., on the
8th day of May 1979. Said amend-
ments increase the size of lots
required for one and two family
dwellings without available public
sewer to one acre and further
require that minimum lot sizes
specified in the.Ordinance are sub-
ject to approval by the County
Health Department,mhich permit
must be filed with the Town Clerk
prior to: a) new construction, or b)
placing a mobile home which re-
quires a sewage disposal system,
or c),construction, repair, etc., of
an existing sewer — system, or d)
alteration, enlargement, etc., of a
building which changes volume of
wastes. -
