JUSTICE REPORT FOR JUDGE FREDERICK J. SPRY - 1978:
A. Charted cases completed for 1978 as reported on regular monthly
reports to the State.
22,d
B. This supplemental report to the State is the balance of completed
Parking tickets for 1978. Due to the avalanche of these tickets, it was
necessary to send in the supplemental report at the end of December -early
January as most of these were Christmas shoppers during the months of late
October through December. 235 parking tickets $705.00 (not in Chart A).
Chart A. Completed cases of 1978 as reported to State on the regular
report per month. Important totals are listed on the bottom. Navigation and
Conservation arrests were all make by the Conservation Department in 1978 so are
listed together. Although Dog Laws, Lansing Park Laws and Village parking
tickets are grouped together, approximately 95% of cases under that column are
Village parking tickets.
