RESOLUTION offered by Mr. LaVigne, who moved its adoption, seconded by Mr. Hilliard: RESOLVED, that the Lansing Town Board hold a Joint Public Hearing with the Village Board of Lansing on the Petition to annex territory of the Village of Lansing to the Town of Lansing, on March 29, 1977 at 7:30 P.M. at the University Room of Howard Johnson's. Said territory proposed for annexation is located and is described as follows: "Northern most part of the Village of Lansing, bordering Town of Lansing, all parcels on east and west side of State Route 34 from the Town of Lansing line on southern edge, up center line of State Route 34 to center line of Burdick Hill Road, all parcels north of Burdick Hill Road to center of N. Triphammer Road, all parcels north of a line formed by Burdick Hill Road and center of N. Triphammer Road, all parcels on east side of N. Trip- hammer Road to center line of Bush Lane, all parcels on northern side of Bush Lane to center of curve, and back portions of Tax Maps No. 44.1 -1 -43.2, 44.1 -1 -53.2 and 44.1 -1 -53.1 running easterly," and be it further RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk and Village Clerk prepare notice of hearing to be advertised in the Ithaca Journal and mailed to residents and school districts in area's where territory is proposed to be annexed. Said territory proposed for annexation located and is described as follows: "That portion of the Village of Lansing bounded on the north by Burdick Hill Road, westerly to the intersection with Esty Glen Road, all parcels on the east side of Esty Glen Road, south along the center of State Route 34 to present Town of Lansing Line, easterly on a projection of Town of Lansing line to its intersection with the eastern limit of the right - of -way of Cayuga Heights Road, turning in a southeasterly direction along right -of -way line to common boundary between parcels No. 26.1 and 28.1 as shown on Tax Map 43.1, then following southern boundary of Tax Map No. 43.1 -1 -26.42 to its intersection with right -of -way line on the west side of N. Triphammer Road, north along western right -of -way of N. Triphammer Road to its intersection with Burdick Hill Road," and be it further RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk and Village Clerk prepare notice of hearing to be advertised in the Ithaca Journal and mailed to residents and school districts in area's where territory is proposed to be annexed.
