The Lansing Town Board met in Regular Session at the Lansing Town Hall on
August 10, 1,076 at 8:00 P.M. with Supervisor Wesley McDermott presiding.

Visitors: Frank Nagy, Mr. & Mrs. Harry Banfield, Zoning Officer Norman Stanton,
and Barry Ford.
The Supervisor called the meeting to order having the clerk take the
Roll Call.
Proof of Notice having been furnished, the Public Hearing on the Proposed
Ordinance setting forth Rules and Regulations for the Town Parks in the Town of
Lansing, was called to order at 8:00 P.M. by Supervisor McDermott. The proposed
rules and regulations were read by the Supervisor. Members of the board and
persons present discussed same as presented.
All persons desiring to be heard, having been heard, and no objections being
made to said proposed ordinance, the hearing was terminated at 8:45 P.M.
The town board discussed the hearing just held and the following resolution
was offered:
RESOLUTION offered by Mr. Hilliard, who moved its adoption, seconded by
Mr. Bush:
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was duly held after notice as required by law
on a Proposed Ordinance setting forth Rules and Regulations for the Town Parks
in the Town of Lansing on the 10th day of August 1976, at the Town Hall in the
Town of Lansing, and
WHEREAS, full discussion was had by all persons present concerning proposed
Ordinance, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, that said proposed Ordinance setting forth rules and regulations
for the Town Parks in the Town of Lansing is hereby adopted and the Town Clerk
is required to publish and post said Ordinance as required by law, and be it
further
RESOLVED, that the Clerk is
directed to
send
certified copies of said
Ordinance to the Tompkins
