The Lansing Town
Board met
in Regular Session
at the Lansing Town Hall on
June 85 1976 at 7:30
P.M. with
Supervisor McDermott
presiding.

Visitors: Planning Board Members, Viola Miller, William Bement, David Hardie,
Zoning Officer Norman Stanton and fifteen Lansing residents.
The Supervisor called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. having the clerk
take the Roll Call.
Proof of Notice having been furnished, the Public Hearing on Proposed Amend-
ments to the Mobile Home Park Ordinance of the Town of Lansing was called to
order by Supervisor McDermott. Each proposed amendment was reviewed and considered
carefully by the board and persons present.
All persons desiring to be heard, having been heard, the hearing was termin-
ated at 9:05 P.M.
Please take notice that the Town Board of
the Town of Lansing will hold a Public
Hearing on amendments to the Mobile
Home Park Ordinance at the Town Hall In
the Town o6 Lansing on the 8th day of June,
1976 at 7:90 P.M. Said amendments - relate
toahe issuance of Temporary permit0for
established Mobile Home - Parks; applica-
tions for license of new Mobile Home Parks
and additions to existing parks; hearings;
environmental requirements; water supply
systems; sewage disposal systems;
electrical distribution systems and planned
development-area. A detailed copy of sal.
amendments may be obtained at the office"
of the Town Clerk in the Town of Lansing.

The Lansing Town Board met in an Adjourned Meeting at 8:00 P.M. as called
at the Regular Meeting of June 8, 1976. Said meeting to consider and act on any
and all business that may come before said board.

The Supervisor called the meeting to order at 8:.00 P.M. having the clerk
take the Roll Call.
Letter received from the Town of Caroline inviting the Town Board and Lansing
residents to the Town of Caroline's Bicentennial activities to be held July 3rd.
Letter received from Jean L. Dueland, 18 Sky Acres Drive, Ithaca, requesting
a refund of the $150.00 paid for dock rental for the 1976 season.
RESOLUTION offered by Mr. Naegely, who moved its adoption, seconded by
Mr. McDermott:
RESOLVED, that the dock rental for the 1976 season in the amount of $150.00
be refunded to Jean L. Dueland,. as requested. Carried
Norman D. Stanton, Ordinance Officer, submitted his monthly report which was
read and reviewed by the board.
Received and read copy of letter written by Walter J. Schwan, Ithaca T own
Supervisor to John Murphy, County Administrator. Letter concerned return of sales
tax monies due towns and villages in Tompkins County which was erroneously paid
to the City of Ithaca.
Letter received from L.J. Long, Secretary of the Tompkins County Industrial
Development Agency. Said letter requesting $11,781.34 from Lansing Sewer Dist. #2
for the purchase of the Warren Road Sewer Extension. Discussion, no action taken.
Letter of resignation received from Alvin C. Parker, Lansing Assistant Water
Superintendent, effective June 1, 1976. Board accepted resignation and requested
the clerk to acknowledge Mr. Parker's letter and express the board's appreciation
for his services performed for the town.
