AUDIT RESOLUTION offered by Mr. Bush, who moved its adoption, seconded by
Mr. Naegely:
RESOLVED, that General Fund bills #1 through #7 totalling $5,152.81+ and
Highway Fund bills #1, through #18 totalling $17,374.45 be and the same are
hereby approved for payment, and be it further
RESOLVED, that Water District #2 bills be and the same are hereby approved
for payment.

January 17, 1976
A Special Meeting was held by the Lansing Town Board on January 17, 1976 at
9:00 A.M. for the purpose of considering the Lansing Highway Employee Contract.
and to consider a Resolution encourging movement of the Family Medical Center
northerly to the center of the population of the Town.

The Supervisor called the meeting to order at 9:00 A.M. having the clerk
take the Roll Call.
RESOLUTION offered by Mr. LaVigne, who moved its adoption, seconded by
Mr. Naegely:
RESOLVED, that the Lansing Town Board encourages the Tompkins County
Hospital to move the Family Medical Service Clinic northerly toward the center
of the population of the Town of Lansing, be it further
RESOLVED, that the clerk be authorized to send a copy of this resolution
to Bonnie Howell, Assistant Administrator, Tompkins County Hospital.

RESOLUTION offered by Mr. Naegely, who moved its adoption, seconded by
Mr. LaVigne:
RESOLVED, that the Supervisor be authorized to execute.a Contract with the
Town of Lansing Highway Association for the year 1.976 with provisions in
accordance with the attached draft of the Agreement, and be it further
RESOLVED, that part -time temporary employees be compensated at the rate
of $3.00 per hour for the year 1976.
