The Lansing Town Board met in an Adjourned Meeting at 10:00 A.M. as called at
the Adjourned Meeting of May 16, 1974. Said meeting to consider possible action on
the bids for the reconstruction of docks and consider any other business that may
lawfully come before said board.

The Supervisor called the meeting to order having the clerk take the roll call.
The bids received for reconstruction of docks were again reviewed by the town
board and the following action taken.
RESOLUTION offered by Mr. Hilliard:
RESOLVED, that after opening and examining the bids for the Lansing Park Marina
for the reconstruction of steel bulkhead, the driving of dock piling and the con-
struction of docks and the furnishing material of same, that the bid of C.E. Smith
Marine Construction and Salvage Company, 25 Grant Street, Cortland, New York for
the total amount of $9,438.24 be accepted in its entirely.

The Resolution was thereupon declared duly adopted.
The board discussed the allocation of the Federal Revenue Sharing monies
anticipated to-be received from July 1, 1974 through June 30, 1975. Following
resolution offered:
RESOLUTION offered by Mr. Hilliard:
RESOLVED', that the Federal Revenue Sharing monies anticipated to be received
( from July 1, 1974 through June 30, 1975 in the estimated amount of $31,101.00 be
allocated between the following categories:: 1) PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION, Capital
$5,183.00 and operating and maintenance $5,184.00; Z); RECREATION, Capital $5,184.00
and operating and maintenance $5,183.00; 3) SOCIAL SERVICE FOR AGED $1,500.00;
MULTIPURPOSE AND GENERAL GOVERNMENT, Capital $8,867.000
Seconded by Mr. Bush.

On Motion, meeting adjourned 12 :00 Noon.

On May 31, 1974 at 4:00 P.M. at the Lansing Town Hall, bids were publicly
opened for the Food Concession.at the Lansing Town Park, as advertised.

office of the Town Clerk inithe Lansing Town
Hall, Lansing, New York until 4 p.m. o'clock on
Friday; May 31; 1974 for the food concession at
the Lansing Town Park. at which time said bids
will be publicly opened and read.
Persons, interested may, secure detailed
information and inspect the proposed agreement
at the office of the—Town Clerk, Lansing Town
Hall, Lansing, New York.
The right to reject any or all'bids is specifically
reserved by the Lansing Town Board.
