RESOLUTION offered by Mr. LaVigne:
RESOLVED, that a Public Hearing be held on the proposed Intermunicipal Water
Agreement between the Towns of Lansing, Ithaca, Dryden and the Village of Cayuga
Heights for construction, financing and operation of an Intermunicipal Water
Supply and Transmission System, at the Lansing Town Hall on the 5th day of February
1974 at 8:00 in the evening thereof.
Seconded by Mr. Bush.

The Lansing Town Board met at 1 P.M. as called at the Regular Meeting of
January 8, 1974, for the purpose of auditing the Town Officer's books for the
year 1973.
Present: Supervisor Wesley McDermott, Councilmen Louis Bush, Edward LaVigne,
Lee Naegely, Town Clerk Jane Bush, Deputy Clerk Wanda Brink, Justice Frederick Spry,
