AUDIT RESOLUTION offered by-Mr. LaVigne.
RESOLVED, that General Fund bills #308 through #337 totalling $12,949.54 and
Highway Fund bills #185 through #204 totalling $9,099.43 be and the same are
hereby approved for payment., and be it further
RESOLVED, that Water District #1 and Water D istrict #2 bills be and the same
are hereby approved for payment.

WHEREAS. a map and plan nave been duly
repaired in such spanner and in such detail as has
eretofore been determined by the Town Board of
Ithe Town of Lansing, Tompkins County, New
York. relating 1 to a certain proposed
improvement to i be constructed fora Water
DiQ'rict No. 1 and for the McKinnev Water
District of the Town of Lansing. Tompkins

WHEREAS. the, map, plan and reporl.for such
proposed improvement together with an estimate
of the cost thereof have been prepared by L.ozier

improvement including a cater treatment plant,

intermunicipal water supply facility for the

Village of Cavuga Heights. in Tompkins County:

appurtenant facilities including the acquisition of

On September 28, 1973 at 4 P.M., at the Lansing Town Hall, bids were publicly
opened for used steel plate and used railroad rails to be used for the construction
of a bulkhead at the boat basin at Lansing Park. Bids also for construction of same.
One bid received:on each,
Chemung Supply Corp., Corning Road - Rt. 328, Elmira, New.York 14902
5/16 thick used steel plate with average weight of 12.75# per square fet. with
sheets to be 5 to 7 ft. wide and 15 to 20 ft. long, meeting all specifications:

Used railroad rails weighing approximately 85# per yd. with 5" base, 5" height,

to consider a Public Hearing regarding Intermunicipal Water Supply.System at
